• Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received.

3. Orders & Payments

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
• An order is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
• We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
• All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders flagged as fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Sri Lanka through our courier partners.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only.
• Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances; we are not liable for such delays.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
• Custom-made and bridal footwear may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, designs, and the "Rite Shoe" trademark — is the property of RiteShu (Pvt) Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
