1. Introduction Welcome to “Rite Shu (Pvt.) Ltd” “Our”, “We”, Rite Shu online footwear store. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us.
2. Currency All transactions on our website are conducted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
3. Product Information We strive to ensure that all product information, including prices, are accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information at any time.
4. Ordering When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the price set out in the shop.
5. Payment: Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept various forms of payment, as set out on our website. Payments can be made in Sri Lankan Rupees using the Payment Gateway in our website. All popular Credit Cards and Debit Cards are Accepted
a) Payments can be made by popular apps too such as KoKo and Mint Pay
6. Delivery We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
7. Returns & Refunds We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, please see our return policy below Return Period: You may return your purchase within 3 days of receipt.
a) Replacement of Footwear: Footwear manufactured by Rite Shu, returned due to problems of Size not fitting will be replace however shipping cost is the responsibility of the Buyer.
b) Imported and branded shoes: replacement or exchange will be subject to availability of stocks. No refunds will be given but a replacement via exchange will be facilitated
c) Condition: Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. They should reach Rite Shu within 7 days of informing company.
d) Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made in the original method of payment. Subject to management discretion.
e) Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
f) Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred when filling the order.
8. Cancellation Policy. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your mind. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:
a) Time Frame: You can cancel your order within three days of placing it.
b) Contact Us: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via the contact information provided on our website.
c) Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and process your refund.
d) Refunds: Refunds will be made in the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account.Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after the three-day period. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
9. Privacy We respect your privacy and comply with all applicable data protection laws in Sri Lanka. This Privacy Policy will inform you about how we handle your personal data, your privacy rights, and how the law protects you.
a) Data Collection Rite Shu (Pvt.) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Rite Shu” “us” “we” or “our” is committed to respecting your privacy and to complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws. If you do submit personal information to Rite Shu website services for example to order products, services etc., you can be assured that we will use your personal information only to support your continuing relationship with Rite Shu .
b) Data Sharing No information submitted by a customer will be shared, sold, reused in lists, or be used for any other purpose than to complete a transaction or address a customer service concern.
c) Use of Data We are providing this Privacy Policy Statement to help you understand how we collect, use and protect your information when you visit Rite Shu web site and when you generally use our products and services. We wish to help you make informed decisions, so please take a few moments to read the sections below and learn how we may use your personal information. You should read this notice in conjunction with the terms & conditions of use for the Rite Shu Web site and any separate terms & conditions issued with your specified product/service contract.

h) Cookies: We may use cookies to record details such as a user identity and general registration details on your PC. This helps us recognize you on subsequent visits so that you don’t have to re-enter your registration details each time you visit us and allows us to carry out those activities mentioned in the above section “non-personally identifying information”. i) Access to your Information- Information Security: Rite Shu recognizes that its customers are increasingly concerned about how companies protect personal information from misuse and abuse and about privacy in general. Rite Shu is constantly reviewing and enhancing its technical, physical and managerial procedures and rules to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss and / or destruction. We use industry standard secure sockets layer (SSL) technology, for example, to encrypt sensitive information such as your credit card and other financial information. Please be aware that communications over the Internet, such as emails/web mails, are not secure unless they have been encrypted. Your communications may be routed through a number of countries before being delivered – this is the nature of the World Wide Web/Internet. Therefore, Rite Shu cannot accept responsibility for any unauthorized access or loss of personal information that is beyond our control.
j) When will we disclose your information to others? We may disclose information about you, to (i) companies for the purposes and subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy Statement; and (ii) in the event that we undergo re-organization or are sold to a third party, in which case you agree that any personal information we hold about you may be transferred to that re-organized entity or third party for the purposes and subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy Statement. Please note that Rite Shu does not sell or pass your personal information to third parties (other than as set out in the paragraph above) unless you have given us permission or unless it is necessary to deliver the products and services ordered or used by you. For example, we may disclose your data to a credit card company to validate your credit card details and obtain payment when you get product or service. It may also be necessary to pass your data to the organization from whom you have ordered any products or services, such as a location-based service like for example ‘Tell me where my nearest flower shop is’. Rite Shu may also be obliged to disclose your personal information to meet any legal or regulatory requirements or obligations in accordance with local or international applicable law.
10. Repair and Maintenance: All footwear comes with a one month guarantee and warranties.
a) Rite Shu Products: will be repaired at our factory during life span of the product subject to payment of repair charges. However, the Footwear will be inspected at the factory to determine or showroom to determine if they can be repaired.
b) Custom made or handcrafted Footwear: of will be repaired if they are of repairable condition upon inspection by showroom or factory staff
c) Imported and Branded Footwear: Imported or branded footwear will not be repaired
11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
12. Changes to these Terms We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
